Nationaal Monument op de Dam

This National Monument and Memorial is for the remembrance of all of the fallen in combat and murdered in the concentrationcamps during, and after WWII. Once a year, on the 4th of May, all of the Netherlands are quiet for 2 minutes to remember the victims of war. The memorial is located in the Dutch capitol: Amsterdam.
